Six months separate the first resale registrations at Bedok South Horizon from the $1.54 million sale recorded on 9 October 2026, according to EdgeProp. Set out in date order, the sequence shows how one HDB estate went from its first resales to a Bedok record.
Wynwood Grand EC news: April 2026, the first resales
EdgeProp reported that Bedok South Horizon has eight blocks of 16 to 18 storeys with 940 flats: 457 four-room, 274 five-room and 209 two-room. The estate passed its five-year minimum occupation period earlier in 2026, and EdgeProp said its first resales were registered in April 2026.
Between April and early October, EdgeProp's data shows 60 flats resold. Of those, 36 fetched $1 million or more, and all 12 five-room resales fetched at least $1.265 million, so EdgeProp's count covers 12 of the estate's 274 five-room flats.
Wynwood Grand EC news: July, then 8 and 9 October
In July, according to EdgeProp, a mixed-use GLS site on Bayshore Drive beside the Bedok South MRT station sold for $2.13 billion, or $1,323 psf ppr. EdgeProp said the site is slated for about 1,280 homes, a retail mall and a bus interchange.
On 8 October 2026, EdgeProp reported, a 1,216 sq ft five-room flat in the same block and storey range as the following day's sale changed hands for $1.48 million ($1,217 psf), which was then the Bedok HDB high. On 9 October, a flat of identical size on the 13th to 15th storey of 152B Bedok South Road was registered at $1.54 million ($1,266 psf), the first Bedok HDB flat above $1.5 million, per EdgeProp. EdgeProp noted that it has about 94 years of lease remaining. The two October sales sit one day apart, in the same block, at the same size, with $60,000 between them by simple subtraction.
EdgeProp's top-ten table of 1,216 sq ft five-room flats adds one more dated detail: the six on the 10th storey or higher sold for $1.40 million to $1.54 million, and the four below it sold for $1.30 million to $1.38 million.
Wynwood Grand EC news: what comes next
The next dated item in EdgeProp's account is the Bedok South MRT station on the Thomson-East Coast Line, expected to open by the end of 2026, with Sungei Bedok next, a station that will interchange with the Downtown Line. EdgeProp also cites Temasek Primary School within 1 km of the estate. Further resale registrations in Bedok South Horizon appear in EdgeProp's transaction data as they are recorded. Read together, the dates give the estate a calendar: April for the first resales, July for the land sale, early October for the two highs and the end of 2026 for the station.
The project timeline runs on its own dates. Wynwood Grand EC is a 99-year leasehold executive condominium at Woodlands Drive 17 by City Developments Limited, with about 420 homes estimated and Woodlands South MRT roughly 270 m away. Its tender launched on 8 April 2025 and the land was awarded on 26 August 2025.
