Some addresses are defined by one landmark. Wynwood Grand, the City Developments Limited Executive Condominium at Woodlands Drive 17, is defined by three: a park to the front, a hospital campus alongside and a station a few minutes on foot. Together they describe what the Woodlands South pocket of District 25 offers day to day.
The garden in front
The development fronts Woodlands Healing Garden, and the parcel's edges are framed by greenery and the adjacent Park Connector Network, shown in the artist's impressions on the site, which are illustrative only. For residents that means a daily walk, a jogging loop or a place for children to run is available without leaving the neighbourhood. The project is planned to rise up to 17 storeys in a low-to-mid-rise massing, which keeps the garden-led character the site was chosen for. As an Executive Condominium, it is designed for owner-occupiers who want full condominium living, with pools, a gymnasium, function and play spaces and secured landscaped grounds.
The campus alongside
Woodlands Health Campus sits adjacent to the development, bringing acute, community and long-term care into one location. Having a major healthcare campus within walking distance reassures families with young children and multi-generational households alike. Polyclinics, GP clinics, dental practices and pharmacies are spread across the surrounding Woodlands neighbourhoods as well, and the Woodlands Civic Centre and regional library bring public services and community spaces close to home.
The station a short walk away
Woodlands South MRT (TE3) on the Thomson-East Coast Line is about 270 metres from the site, a walk of four to five minutes. Trains run direct to the city along the line, and Woodlands MRT interchange, where the North-South Line meets the Thomson-East Coast Line, is a short ride away. Drivers can join the Seletar Expressway and the Bukit Timah Expressway within minutes, and the Woodlands Regional Bus Interchange, reached through Causeway Point, adds bus routes across the north. At Woodlands MRT the line also meets the North-South Line, which opens up the rest of the island for students and commuters alike. The location page maps each connection.
Shops, offices and schools
Causeway Point at Woodlands Central is one of the largest malls in the north, with department stores, a supermarket, a cinema and dining, and Woods Square anchors the growing Woodlands Regional Centre with offices, eateries and retail. Primary schools in the area include Innova Primary, Woodgrove Primary, Woodlands Primary and Si Ling Primary, with secondary options such as Christ Church Secondary within the township. The mature town means these everyday needs are in place before any resident moves in.
About the project
Wynwood Grand is a 99-year leasehold development of approximately 420 homes (an estimate) on a site of about 25,207 square metres. City Developments Limited is the developer, and the land was awarded to CDL Divine Pte Ltd on 26 August 2025, after the tender for the first Woodlands Drive 17 parcel was launched on 8 April 2025. The project is at the pre-launch stage, with indicative figures marked as estimates until the official factsheet is released. Registration for that release and for the e-brochure is open through the contact page.
